project requirements：根據(jù)天津市污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)指揮部辦公室印發(fā)《天津市鋼鐵行業(yè)超低排放改造實(shí)施方案》的通知實(shí)施方案，為提高清潔方式，減少汽運(yùn)，對(duì)我公司皮帶機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造，提高皮帶機(jī)運(yùn)輸能力。該方案需要在三煤氣廠區(qū)內(nèi)新建皮帶機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站4座，新建皮帶機(jī)7條、全封閉通廊4條，改造皮帶機(jī)3條，改造全封閉通廊3條，新建一座除塵器。改造主要涉及土建、設(shè)備、自動(dòng)化控制等專業(yè)，需要專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)公司來(lái)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì)。
qualification requirements on applicant：1.具有一般納稅人資格的境內(nèi)單位或企業(yè)法人，具有有效期內(nèi)的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（三證合一）、法人授權(quán)委托書（含法人、被授權(quán)人身份證復(fù)印件）、被授權(quán)人近12個(gè)月社保繳納記錄及勞動(dòng)合同、銀行開(kāi)戶證明。2.資質(zhì)：具備化工石化醫(yī)藥行業(yè)（化工工程）專業(yè)甲級(jí)及以上設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)。3.業(yè)績(jī)：具有近三年類似專業(yè)的業(yè)績(jī)（需提供至少三個(gè)不同合作廠家的合同以及對(duì)應(yīng)發(fā)票）。4.投標(biāo)人近三年來(lái)在招標(biāo)活動(dòng)中沒(méi)有騙取中標(biāo)、違約或欺詐行為、提供虛假資料、傳統(tǒng)投標(biāo)等不良行為；5.凡有意參與報(bào)名單位請(qǐng)按照要求提供資質(zhì)業(yè)績(jī)，同時(shí)簽訂《廉潔誠(chéng)信合作承諾書》，隨資質(zhì)業(yè)績(jī)一起提供，協(xié)議文本請(qǐng)與業(yè)務(wù)人員聯(lián)系索取。6.以上資料需提供原件或復(fù)印件加蓋公章。7.注冊(cè)資金≧100萬(wàn)元
