Entrusted by Shenhua Ningxia coal industry group Co.,Ltd (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Shenhua International Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of PP Pelletizer for Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co. Ltd. Methanol to Olefin Project.
神華國(guó)際貿(mào)易有限責(zé)任公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)”）受神華寧夏煤業(yè)集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“招標(biāo)人”）的委托，就神華寧煤甲醇制烯烴項(xiàng)目聚丙烯造粒機(jī)組采購(gòu)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開招標(biāo)，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格的投標(biāo)者進(jìn)行密封投標(biāo)。

2. Time of Selling Bidding Documents發(fā)售招標(biāo)文件時(shí)間:
8:30-11:30 am and 13:30-16:30 pm (Beijing time), from, November 19, 2011 to December 19, 2011 except for public holidays.
2011年11月29日起至2011年11月19日止，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13:30-16:30（北京時(shí)間），法定節(jié)假日除外。

4. Price of Bidding Documents招標(biāo)文件售價(jià):
A complete set of Bidding Documents (include the electronic version) may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 4000 or USD 650. If differences exist between the paper documents and the electronic version, the description in the paper documents shall prevail.
每套人民幣4000元或650美元（大寫：人民幣肆仟元整或陸佰伍拾美元），售后不退。招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)同時(shí)提供電子版的招標(biāo)文件。若紙制文件與電子文件有差異，以紙制文件為準(zhǔn)。

5. The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間和開標(biāo)時(shí)間:
At 10:00 am, December 19, 2011 (Beijing Time). Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.
被邀請(qǐng)的投標(biāo)者的投標(biāo)文件須于2011年12月19日上午10:00（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交至開標(biāo)地點(diǎn)（如有變化，另行通知）。逾期收到或不符合規(guī)定的投標(biāo)文件恕不接受。不接受郵寄方式提交投標(biāo)文件。

6. Place of Bid Opening開標(biāo)地點(diǎn):
No.3 Meeting Room on the 4th floor, Fengzhan Hotel, No.57,Andingmenwai Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China. Bidders’ representatives shall participate the Bid Opening and signing the Summary Sheet for Bid Opening.

7. Clarify Before Bid Opening標(biāo)前澄清答疑方式:
Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.
請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)截止期15天前以書面方式將問(wèn)題傳真至神華國(guó)際貿(mào)易有限責(zé)任公司。
